I am allowed to walk dogs from isolating or COVID-19 positive households as long as I take the dog on a ‘solo’ walk where it is not mixed with dogs from other households (along with a few other safety procedures). To help with this Happy Hounds Uppingham will only charge a group walk price of £11 for a solo walk if it is due to the need to isolate.
